System Support Specialists perform a variety of duties. Our core purpose is to take care of our clients’ everyday computer problems that arise. We are on call 24/7, 365. We ensure that one member of the team is always available if our clients need assistance. System support is on the front lines when the company is introducing, testing, and implementing new technology in order to make the clients more productive. We are the face of the IT department.
