    Job Description

    In this role, you will use sourcing techniques to manage candidate pipeline for salaried, non-exempt and hourly roles. You will partner with business leaders and HRBP’s to understand business needs and job requirements, and ensure recruitment strategies are compelling, consistent and cost effective. Once you identify the best candidates, you'll act as an ambassador to position our employer brand to close candidates on opportunities. Furthermore, this position provides the opportunity to work on a variety of Human Resources activities that include management of key initiatives and projects, reporting and analysis and process improvement.


    Primary job responsibilities:

    • Source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline using a variety of outlets; seek out and explore creative, cost-effective new ways to source talent.
    • Process job requisitions to determine and execute, within defined/prescribed guidelines, the appropriate advertising/social media outlets, networking, referral and college outreach, posting positions internally and externally.
    • Screen, interview and assess candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and act as the liaison between the candidate and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
    • Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling interviews, facilitating the selection process, extending offers and coordinating background checks, as needed.
    • Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable jobs and stay up to date with industry trends to attract, source and select the best candidates.
    • Educate and coach hiring managers and appropriate associates on interviewing techniques, processes and tools.
    • Partner with HRBP’s, including Compensation and Compliance as needed to facilitate recruitment and selection process.
    • Provide ad hoc recruitment reports and statistics to management to assist in the planning and forecasting of recruitment needs and to adjust future actions based on ROI/results.
    • Advise and influence managers throughout the hiring process and debrief, and close requisitions in a timely manner ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Coordinate and maintain contracts and relationships with vendors, as appropriate.
    • Other projects/tasks as assigned.


    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
    • Understanding of general Human Resources policies, procedures and employment/labor laws.
    • Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment, and an ability to manage the requisition load and generalist activities.
    • Capable of executing KPIs, including relationship building with key stakeholders and understanding recruiting metrics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort in cold calling and networking.
    • Ability to get past roadblocks using creative problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated and achievement oriented.
