We are in the midst of our biggest branding investment in over 100 years, and this role will be a critical piece to its success.

     

    The Role

     

    The Associate Marketing Project Manager will manage all tasks associated with the coordination, execution and delivery of a variety of creative projects across all marketing and branding outlets, both domestically and globally. From intake to delivery, this role is key in the planning, direction and coordination of all activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

     

    You Will…

     

    • Interface and consult with various business teams, domestically and globally, to accomplish overall marketing, branding and sales objectives
    • Manage high-profile marketing and branding projects of all kinds (to include videos, print assets, digital assets, packaging, advertising and more) from beginning through completion
    • Support marketing and branding efforts for all Fellowes product lines, from storage and organization and business machines to air purification and workspace solutions
    • Provide project management support to our sales team, to include working with creative on the creation of sales flyers, sales sheets, tradeshow materials and other requested assets

     

    What You Bring to the Team

     

    • A Bachelors Degree
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, communications or branding, to include demonstrated project management experience
    • Excellent people/relationship building and communication skills
    • Adaptability, flexibility and a high level of organization
    • A positive, team-player attitude

     

    You May Also Have…

     

    • Experience working in an agency or similar client-facing industry/role
    • Experience with global markets and teams
    • Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience utilizing the Asana project management tool and/or Harvest (time tracking)
