As the European Customer Engagement Specialist, you are sitting at the heart of end-consumer and reseller experiences with Fellowes Brands. Working with insights from business teams, local markets, and customer services you will create and implement a communication strategy across 3 key areas- the website, social media channels and our email platform. The goal is to establish a solid strategy and templates centrally, which can then be implemented and used across all other European Markets. Focus is to have assets for each step of the sales funnel. We want to educate and create interest with thought leadership, raise brand awareness and drive decision by showcasing our product solutions, and help to feed the sales pipeline with leads or even convert through strong promotions. The after sales communication is also important to drive cross and upsell. Lead generation campaigns will be primarily on our Air purification and Monitor arms categories. For our more traditional product areas we would be rather focusing on establishing central communication around the after sales process (product registration, reviews, after sales service)
