The Role
To provide safe and efficient delivery of Fellowes products, supplies, and back-hauls in a timely manner to various local destinations. This includes assisting in unloading, verification of quantities as well as noting and reporting shortages or damage. Driver is responsible for the operation or Fellowes owned or leased equipment, as well as the pickup and delivery of Fellowes products as well as loads hauled in a for hire capacity. The driver is expected to work professionally and productively with the Fleet Supervisor and adapt to unforeseen circumstances that may change planned processes and/or routes. Driver must be willing to adapt.
Oracle Functional Analyst – Deliver successful Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle cloud ERP solutions that help drive business simplification and automation, with a high level of focus on our Order Management module; Enhance and support the Global Oracle ERP Instance application modules, interfaces and other related applications within the Order Management domain; Consult with business partners, gather and define requirements, configure standard applications, conduct gap analysis and design, and provide end-user support in multiple geographies; Apply advanced knowledge in the support and enhancement of Oracle cloud ERP and On-prem EBS with in Supply chain modules, interfaces, and other related applications; Module of focus include Product data hub, Supply chain management cloud, Manufacturing cloud & Oracle WMS cloud; Consult with business partners to gather requirements and provide application design, configuration, module set-up as well as production support; Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP systems best practice deployment; Extend/modify Oracle Applications within Oracle’s recommended standards; Work with Oracle Support to resolve issues; Perform Oracle configurations/setups for R12 EBS/Cloud ERP and functional module setups; Support and enhance profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces, etc.; Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems, develop test scripts and work with technical teams on support and development activities.
Requirements – Bachelor’s or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or in utilizing Oracle EBS modules or Oracle Cloud ERP. Special skills - Experience with Order Management, within retail, manufacturing or distribution environment. Occasional domestic travel required.

The Role Summary
As our Sales Application Engineer (SAE), you will work as part of a multi-discipline, innovative marketing and sales team committed to bringing enhanced indoor air quality (IAQ) to key commercial customers across North America.
You will design, prepare bid documents and proposals (performance data, drawings, component selections, construction details) and create the submittals for Fellowes’ advanced IAQ systems. You will also be our company’s point of contact with the clients/sales representatives and coordinating/managing the projects as they follow through production processes.
This is a newly created role reporting to the Global General Manager of our Air Quality Management business. This is a great opportunity to be part of our continued growth journey in the IAQ space and to be a big contributor to our success in this new, growing market segment (HVAC)!
In This Role, You Will…
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to provide support in sales efforts, including preparing quotations for applied IAQ equipment in the HVAC market
- Manage all phases of machine sales and the order execution process, including design, quotation and commissioning
- Work closely with the external sales team in managing customer relations and opportunities to expand account portfolios
- Act as a technical product expert during customer visits, promoting sales and addressing customer inquiries
- Conduct customer training sessions to enhance their knowledge of the equipment
- Qualify new leads and collaborate with external sales and partners (existing customers and new potential clients)
- Develop trusted relationships with customers by providing troubleshooting support
- Maintain and update the project database, preparing reports for management and supporting aftermarket sales efforts
- Collaborate across departments, including sales, service, marketing, engineering and logistics, to develop effective customer solutions and drive satisfaction
- Review technical and engineering documentation to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness
What You Bring to the Team
- A minimum of two years of sales engineering, application engineering, building engineering and/or similar experience, to include experience working with applied products (internship, co-op or similar relevant training experiences will be considered)
- An understanding of engineering drawings, equipment specification, construction material and design specification
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- A proactive team player mentality with a sense of responsibility and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to apply and maintain processes to improve overall effectiveness
- Effective problem-solving skills and comfort in taking initiative on various tasks and projects
- A willingness to travel across North America to sales rep offices and customer locations (up to 30%)
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field

The Role
As an Account Manager, Walmart US & Canada for Fellowes Mobile, you will have a direct and immediate impact on the results of the business while working in a dynamic, fast-paced business and industry that will keep you challenged and engaged day in and day out. You will drive sales growth with established accounts by developing account plans to increase sales and profitability; manage and coordinate customer projects through strong teamwork and communication with a cross-functional team; generate new placement and distribution at Walmart and help to manage the assortment planning process. This role will be remote-based around Bentonville, Arkansas and will visit Walmart Headquarters as needed.

- Build relationships with the Walmart merchant, replenishment, and private brand teams, creating a strong rapport with business partnership in mind supporting Fellowes Mobile
- Model “customer obsession” for the team through being accessible and responding quickly and thoroughly to customer requests/questions, and always providing highest level of customer service overall.
- Build strong relationships with key merchants, while fostering interdisciplinary relationships among various functions between Fellowes and the customer as well as top to top interactions
- Communicates the customers’ needs across the cross-functional team to develop and implement time-sensitive projects and ongoing programs.
- Drives sales strategy and account plans for customers that will create strong partnerships, drive incremental revenue and profits for Walmart, and position Fellowes as category captain
- Analyze data and help to develop fact-based recommendations for key line reviews and other customer presentations
- Work with the cross-functional team to provide input and suggestions to create innovative products to increase market share vs. our competition
- Provide competitive insights through timely store checks and anecdotal conversations with key constituents and present them to the team
- Organize and efficiently execute the internal processes to deliver appropriate products for your customers in a timely manner
- From sales to procurement, work with the team as needed to ensure the product is available at the time of device launches

The Role
As a Sales Finance Analyst, you will work collaboratively within the sales finance group and across our sales organization and business teams in support of various customer marketing programs.

In This Role, You will…
- Calculate rebates and allowances due and determine or process claims deducted from invoices that relate to marketing programs
- Coordinate and correspond with our customers' external auditors on post audit program reviews designed to recover "lost vendor income"
- Identify and reduce marketing expense whenever possible by analysis of discretionary funding that is ineffective and or unnecessary in nature
- Analyze customer accounts and channels for pricing, cost and profitability margins to determine if marketing program levels are reasonable and/or justifiable
- Manage rebate and allowance accruals used in the monthly financial closings for select G/L accounts, help with any reconciliation needed between the marketing system and the general ledger, and assist business teams with any advertising expense that is needed and budgeted in their particular cost centers
- Help in the preparation of the annual rebate and allowance budget by working with sales and forecasting, adding insight where applicable
- Coordinate and correspond with customers on sales reporting, rebate reporting, claim status and other miscellaneous financial information needed
- Act as an administrator for our SPIFF program
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within sales, corporate finance, demand planning or a business team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, financial and cost accounting, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- The ability to maintain diplomacy and clear, professional communication skills with both internal and external customers, especially when in confrontational situations or under pressure

The Role
Ensure overall account performance goals are met for revenue growth, return on investment, and world-class customer service with a large North American retailer. You will collaborate with category merchants and senior management to communicate Fellowes’ strategic direction for providing revenue growth and outstanding category management performance. This individual will. Orchestrate all execution with the account and communicate strategic direction needed to internal cross-functional support teams to achieve account goals.
The role will be remote-based around the greater Boston area OR hybrid around the Chicagoland area. This candidate will be required to go visit the client onsite and travel domestically on an as-needed basis, about 20%.
In This Role, You will…
- Determine account/customer strategy with input from business teams and category management to sell products via retail, commercial, internet, or direct channels.
- Ensure account/customer strategy for new product placement, merchandising, and brand exposure are implemented within all segments of the account/channel by direct sales report.
- Engage APO, customer service, and or other internal resources to ensure customer support and alignment on key objectives to meet the needs and requirements of the customer.
- Evaluate ROI and approve new business opportunities with input from sales, finance, and business teams.
- Develop action plans for generating new business and identify growth opportunities in the channel.
- Lead all program negotiations with account/channel, communicate with senior management, and provide insight/direction for acceptable resolution.
- Monitor target attainment and adjust goals or strategies for account managers and field sales managers.
- Improve processes, procedures, and efficiencies related to customer business, supply chain and service by working through/with other areas.
- Use market research information and adjusts channel strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Manages Account P&L.
- Monitor monthly/quarterly sales activity, competitive concerns, and inputs from the support team to improve profitability.
- Conduct monthly operating reviews of key metrics (forecast accuracy, DSO, inventory levels, etc) and develop action plans to ensure that goals are met /maintained.
- Oversee program budgets and manage to plan
- Allocate channel resources, including program dollars, people, etc.
- Manage spending for channel promotions for maximum profitability.

The Role
The Senior Oracle Financials Functional Analyst will deliver successful Oracle Cloud ERP and On-prem E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions that help drive business simplification and automation, with a high level of focus on our Financials modules. You will enhance and support the Global Oracle ERP Instance application modules, interfaces, and other related applications within the Financials domain. You will consult with our local and global business partners, gather, and define requirements, configure standard applications, conduct gap analysis and design, and provide end-user support in multiple geographies.
We operate in a hybrid work environment, which includes remote days on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
In This Role, You will…
- Apply your advanced knowledge in the support and enhancement of Oracle Cloud ERP and On-Prem EBS within our Financials modules, interfaces, and other related applications
- Modules of focus include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, EPM, EB Tax and Fixed Assets
- Support and enhance the ERP modules, interfaces, and other related applications
- Consult with business partners, domestically and globally, to gather requirements and provide application design, configuration, module set up as well as production support
- Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate user change-request projects and drive them to on-time completion
- Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP systems best practice deployment
- Perform Oracle configurations/setups for Cloud ERP, EPM, R12 EBS and functional module setups
- Work with development teams to communicate functional requirements for code development and test the same on completion
- Support month-end closing and budget processes
What You Bring to the Team
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management
- Experience in FCCS, EDM, FAH and ePBCS is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 finance modules
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle SQL
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy
- The ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams, etc.
- Experience working within a retail, manufacturing or distribution environment in a global capacity

The Role
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will own the manufacturing processes and support the quality performance of the Itasca operation. From creating, maintaining, and communicating needed work instructions and procedural documentation to facilitating consistent, efficient, and well-performing processes. This person will drive continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing the Cost of Goods Sold and waste percentage. You will also manage the operational training activities for the manufacturing personnel. Lastly, you will be responsible for all quality requirements tied to the operation including CAR, Quality Alerts and Continuous Improvement activities.
In This Role, You will…
- Define and manage the manufacturing and quality processes for our Business Machine and Storage & Organization departments with specific emphasis on our Laser Cutting and Mayflower operations.
- Support, manage and define the manufacturing layout and quality processes for new start-up operations in the Itasca facility.
- Manage all internal and customer GMP audits pertaining to the manufacturing operation.
- Working alongside engineering, validate product and manufacturing concepts with testing of product, processes and confirmation of manufacturability.
- Develop and provide training for the manufacturing departments to ensure work instructions are followed and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate continuous improvement processes in manufacturing through the use of LEAN techniques which leads to efficient work flow, reduced plant waste, improved quality and targeted cost savings.
- Support vendor quality improvement by monitoring incoming inspection activities and issuing corrective actions as required.
- Respond to Itasca manufacturing customer complaints or inquires regarding quality issues. Perform root cause and corrective actions including the implementation and proper communication of CARs and quality alerts for internal issues.
- Support product documentation by reviewing and revising BOMs and Routings and implementing manufacturing ECOs.
- Maintain manufacturing layout drawings.
- Learn and support organizational training on the Oracle manufacturing module.

- First-hand experience working in a production or assembly environment or direct support/management of production processes.
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment with process and continuous improvement responsibility
